Bangtan Style: How to Dress like BTS’ “The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Part 2” [2]

It’s the second part of edition numero dos de mi Bangtan Style posts, and I’ve just been dying to get it out.

Lol, sorry for the Spanglish. (And believe it or not, Spanglish is actually showing up as a real word.)

Normally, I start these off with a huge explanation, but this time around, I’m not feeling it. So in a nutshell, what follows is an outfit inspired by the wardrobe accompanying BTS’ latest album, “The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Part 2.” Why? Because I love fashion, and I love BTS. So why not?

Enjoy!

Bangtan Style: “The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Part 2” [2]

The inspiration for the look this time around is J-Hope, as well as all the sick bomber jackets that have been sprinkled in throughout this concept.

While bombers were big in the 90s, there’s a reason they’re starting to come back. The cut is incredibly flattering, the materials are typically soft and very breathable, and the loose shape keeps you both comfortable and cool. They’re really just wonderful pieces to have, and Bangtan’s stylists are smart for utilizing them lately.

Now here’s my recreation:

I took an army green jacket like J-Hope’s and let it shine by pairing it with a neutral top and pants. The jacket I have is a few years old from H&M, so you probably wouldn’t be able to find it anywhere. However, you don’t need to. Any green bomber jacket, white shirt, and dark denim pants will recreate J-Hope’s outfit perfectly. To help you start, here’s a similar jacket to J-Hope’s, just minus the leather sleeves.

^ A closer look, because you need that lol.

I like this jacket because of the gems on the flaps of the pockets. While I wish I could’ve found a green one that actually has leather sleeves, I still like the pizazz that mine brings. It’s different yet nice, which is why I think it captures BTS’ style so well (because that’s what their style really is, different yet nice).

Finally, I chose to pair it all with burgundy combat boots, just like the stylists did for J-Hope in the actual photo shoot. I honestly love the way this looks, pairing burgundy with army green. It’s such an unexpected combo, but it works so well.

My shoes are again from H&M and no longer available (we all know why lol), but here is a pair from Dr. Martens that I think is even better.

For extra points, don’t forget to cuff your jeans above your boots 😉

And that’s all for now! Normally I have more to say, but ehhhh. You can check out the previous part of this edition here, and the next part of it here (once it is up).

As always, thanks for reading, and have a great day!

Until next time ❤
