Happy Father’s Day! Here’s some pics of my dad in order to celebrate:

He’s a pretty cool, smart dude who loves to fire off lame dad jokes and gives some pretty darn good advice. (And some pretty not good advice, too, lol.) He always has crazy business ideas that he should totally pursue, but he unfortunately needs his health insurance more than anything else right now. (He’s been undergoing chemotherapy for severe Crohn’s for over a year and a half, and his medication is — I believe — between $6,000 and $8,000 per dose. Can’t remember exactly but, yeah. He can’t afford that, lol.) So he’s stuck in the office for quite a while.
But that’s okay cause working 9-5 (more like 8a – 9:30p) gives him money to go to Disney, his literal most favorite place on earth. Was trying to find the classic pretzel pic of him to post, but I can’t. Dang. Guess you guys’ll never see him in his glory.
All in all, my dad is pretty incredible. He’s survived two falls off of roofs, an 80% clogged artery/two cardiac arrests, ulcerative colitis/Crohn’s, and now having no immune system/literally not being able to eat anything. His life has taught me how to work hard, be grateful, have fun, and get up and keep going no matter how hard you fall. (His lack of sympathy while coaching me in softball also taught me all of that 😅) And even though times got tough, I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better dad.
